The Manitoba Law Enforcement Torch Run and Special Olympics Manitoba are excited to host the FIRST ANNUAL ULTIMATE POLAR PLUNGE in the polar bear capital of the world, our province's very own Churchill, Manitoba on June 30th - July 2, 2016. All funds raised go towards programming for more than 1,600 athletes province wide.
