Special Olympics Manitoba

Special Olympics Manitoba offers 18 different sports to the seven Regions throughout Manitoba. SOM provides the training and experiences needed for all athletes to compete in a variety of competitions though out the season.

The fundamental difference that sets Special Olympics competitions apart from generic sport, is that athletes are grouped (divisioned) according to their skill level. This provides the opportunity to participate, compete and win at every level.

Registration for the 2011-2012 season is now underway! Click here to find an athlete registration night in your community. If you are a new athlete and would like to have an athlete’s info and registration package sent to you, please contact our office.
