Muscle and Mobility Workout With JJ Strength and Conditioning

Jon Jorundson, the director of JJ Strength & Conditioning is excited to partner with Special Olympics Manitoba to provide LIVE virtual workouts for our Manitoba athletes, during the COVID-19 quarantine closure of fitness facilities.
Jon will be providing LIVE home workouts via ZOOM to help challenge athletes to stay fit, healthy and strong with various workouts consisting of HIIT circuits, to strength work, as well as mobility workouts that can be done with little to no equipment at home.
Jon is a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NCSA) with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology as well as a Bachelor of Education, who enjoys teaching and coaching athletes who are striving to reach their potential.
Wednesdays: Muscle & Mobility (45 minutes) 7:15-8:00 pm

Following the leadership & mindset group work on Wednesdays, Jon will be leading the athletes through a full body mobility sequence to help improve overall mobility and flexibility to improve recovery and improve injury prevention.
These workouts require minimal to no equipment.
